He was clearly committed to ensuring a smooth delivery and coordinated seamlessly with his European counterparts, including the in-country team and the local island crew, who were also very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process. This was a complicated international move with a challenging "last-mile" delivery, yet everything was handled on time with excellent communication at every stage. Despite holidays and difficult weather, our crate arrived earlier than promised—which we especially appreciated—and everything arrived in perfect condition. We would highly recommend this company without hesitation.
