He was clearly committed to ensuring a smooth delivery and coordinated seamlessly with his European counterparts, including the in-country team and the local island crew, who were also very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. This was a complicated international move with a challenging "last-mile" delivery, yet everything was handled on time with excellent communication at every stage. This was a very decent shipping company. Though it took longer than expected, 3 months vs. the 6-8 weeks that was promised, the items came with minimal damage. There was a bit of damage, though it was due to my packing mistake. Ken was a very kind representative, and did give good advice on taking your valuable or sentimental items with you via flight, and to not pack them into the boxes. I highly recommend this, and appreciate his honesty. Overall, they were very responsive, and I would use them again! Thanks Ken & Marieke, and the moving team! The moving team themselves were very respectful. The only complaint is being charged 100 euro for a 'lift fee', and I was told by the movers that this was not necessary. I'm just happy I have my stuff!

So far so good with this company. Great communication with Ken. He took our initial information and what I thought the shipment would be. He then sent out a local team to do a site survey. They adjusted based on their observations. Teams showed up on time and filled a 40’ container. Full service. White glove pack and ship. Container left yesterday and we are on our way to Crete. Short of anything wrong happening this rating will stand. Ken has presented himself as honest and very personable. Looking forward to delivery in Greece.

I needed to shift an heirloom glass and bronze hall table from California to Wellington, New Zealand. I’d had quotes from other moving companies but they were prohibitively expensive and no guarantee the table wouldn’t be seized by customs in NZ. Once I found Ken not only was he was amazingly helpful in all aspects of the move including dealing with customs, but half the cost of any other quote. My table arrived last Friday and now has pride of place in my entrance way. I would absolutely recommend this company. Eleven out of ten!

All and all, a seamless moving experience. But keep in mind that the quote you get from EuroUSA is lower than the actual cost, and the actual delivery time will be longer. Plan accordingly. So, don't just go by how many boxes or size of containers (during your estimate). Ask Ken the cost per square cubic feet instead. Keep in mind, they will probably package some of your items with bulky multi-layered paper packaging to add to the volume, and I believe the wooden crates add volume and extra costs too. It's not the weight that determines the cost -- it's the volume multiplied by square cubic feet. If you pack using luggages, it will add a lot of unnecessary paper wrapping and therefore cost. Use heavy duty boxes instead. Our shipment arrived in exactly 4 months (almost 3 months in a warehouse on the East Coast in the USA). Wish we knew this at the time. Hope this review will help you. In our case, it was upwards of around $35 per sq. cubic feet. Communications was good. The shipping company in Europe will email you periodically. Don't worry about Ken's website that you used to pay your invoice. Online portal won't tell you anything. Gotta say, EuroUSA made the Customs process very easy with a few forms. Other companies made it sound like a nightmare with us having to a find our own agent?! Some of the questions are a bit confusing. Ken was very good helping us demystify and explaining the real process. All the boxes arrived safely although very beaten up. So, please use sturdy strong boxes and tape things well. They will be very beaten up by the time you get them. And nothing will be in a crate by the time you see it either. Had we known, I would have packed differently and better. Don't use large boxes as they will be crushed. Also, keep in mind that by the time the delivery arrives at your door, the costs can be higher. If there are ANY stairs, elevators, any extra work, extra steps, you will feel nickeled and dimed. You won't even have time to count the number of boxes as I got a very dirty look by the movers. They want you to sign about 8 signatures fast and they leave. The movers literally took each box and drop it off indoors within a few steps of their truck. Anything more will cost you. The whole drop off took no more than 15 minutes in our case.

After a recommendation by a friend to work with EuroUSA Shipping Inc. to move 180 boxes of books and household items from Oregon to rural Central Italy, we were contacted by Ken Treschitta who promptly took care of everything. Once we settled on a date for the move and a price, the packing was done very professionally and even though we were given a time frame of 8-10 weeks and our stuff arrived after 16 weeks, we received everything in perfect condition and delivered at home. The only small hiccups happened on the European side, between the contacts with the people in Rotterdam and the deposit in Rome, but eventually everything arrived. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who makes a big move of this sort: the price was absolutely reasonable, and all was handled with a minimum of stress for us. Ken and the team were pleasure to work with. I had received a few quotes from other companies that were pushy and unpleasantly demanding. Ken was calm and clear. Our movers were incredibly professional. They brought all the packing materials and packed with care. I will say, they did tend to err on the side of more packing material so if you are worried about cost and space is a concern (if you're not getting a full container) please pack a few boxes beforehand yourself. All credit to my partner who really spent time packing up the kitchen etc. The final push was done by the movers and as I mentioned, they were fantastic. Once we arrived at our destination in France we received emails and information about who would be delivering our goods and even where our ship was. We also received everything within the time frame we wanted which was about 2.5 months. The company here in Rotterdam was also quite pleasant to work with. Our stuff arrived in nearly perfect shape. There was one big plastic moving tub that was cracked but we expected at least one item, and thankfully all that was within that tub was perfectly fine. We didn't have to use our insurance but we were very happy we took it. TL:DR Overall a relatively painless experience. If you're not getting a full container and want to respect your cubic feet, plan to pack more boxes yourselves. We left a few for the movers and packers and they were a great team. The time frame and communication was respected. And in general no news is good news. Get the insurance, focus on your move and expect at least 2-3 months to wait for your stuff. Moving to Europe is an ordeal but truly worth it :) Ken and the team at EuroUSA made it easier.

Our belongings were taken from our place in Washington State on April 10th and on July 1st they were at our destination address in France. We moved from Pennsylvania to Germany in August 2023. I honestly can't say enough good things about the professionalism and service I received from EuroUSA. I worked with Ken, who to me is really top notch. I moved from the States to Europe and decided to ship my fully restored grand piano. I was apprehensive to say the least given the age of the instrument and the cost of restoration. I'm VERY glad we chose this service. For our move from Houston Texas to Portugal, everything arrived in perfect condition. The service was from inside our USA home to inside our Portugal home (condo - stairs). Service was excellent. The company picking the items up was wonderful with the care they took wrapping and preparing furniture while barcoding every individual item and box with a description so they could be tracked. I could not be more satisfied. This was all at a lower cost than estimates I had made based on online pricing. The owner of this company had excellent communication as well and quickly responded to any question or concerns. He hires subcontractors and other companies but we had great communications from all companies all the way through. As a pro-tip, we also included an Apple air tag in an item we shipped and was able to have online mapping/tracking of our stuff the whole way. No regrets.

I moved form Stamford, Ct to Portimao Portugal September 15,2023, the ship left Oct 15 and we had our things delivered Dec 7, 2023 everything went very well the men that came in Ct were very good they packed everything I wanted them to pack. In Portugal I had a delivery to our apt and then to a storage house, they did a great job unpacking and what I asked them to do. Very good communication on both sides US Ken and Europe Kate I was keep updated when the ship would arrive and how long for customs to clear everything. I would highly recommend them!!

Moving can be stressful! Navigating an international move— remotely—just completely overwhelming. But not with EuroUSA. In fact, this was my second international move with them, and I would recommend their team and service to anyone looking to have their belongings cared for during what can be a very stressful time. From the minute I reached out, their US point of contact was kind, professional, and thorough. He was also patient as I figured out how best to navigate this move from across the world, and followed-up with me about my needs until I was ready to pull the trigger. My items were carefully packed, I was kept in the loop about the ship's departure name, date, and expected arrival in the US port and that date was on target—give or take a day. From there, I was given access to a portal that allowed me to watch my belongings as they went through customs and finally, scheduled a time to have my items delivered at my door in what I thought was a very reasonable timeframe. My wife and I recently relocated from a small town in Georgia, USA to Graz, Austria. After researching several moving companies, I contacted EuroUSA Shipping. Ken Treschitta responded very quickly and continued to respond and answer many questions as our moving planning progressed. Ken guided us through each step very patiently. As we had no idea how many cubic feet of space we needed for the shipping container, Ken set up video call and viewed all the items we wanted to move to Austria and then provided an estimate of the cubic feet and the total cost of moving based on the estimate of needed space. Ken was very accurate in his estimate. We shipped a very large sofa, some chairs, several large framed photos and art, lots of books and lots of various fragile glass, ceramic and other very fragile items. Although we packed many of the small fragile items, the movers Ken used packed almost everything and spent a great deal of time very carefully wrapping and packing our belongings. Each box or large items was assigned a tracking number/item number and that list was provided to us as soon as the packers were finished so that we could later confirm the arrival of each item when it was delivered in Austria. After all our stuff left our house in the US, we received updates on its status and whereabouts including what port it was shipped from, where in Europe it would land and when it would be delivered. We had chosen door to door service so the cost included packing, getting through EU customs and delivery to our new home. The only additional cost that we had not anticipated was a fee for the EU delivery service because they had to carry our belongings up two flights of stairs without an elevator. Of all our shipped items, not a single items was broken or damaged or missing. The delivery people drove our stuff down from the Netherlands as soon as it cleared EU Customs (there were no duties paid and no problems identified) and carefully carried our belongings up to our new flat. The service provided by Ken and his team of companies was excellent and just as advertised. Based on our experience with this international move, I highly recommend EuroUSA Shipping and if you are moving from the US, I recommend consulting with Ken Treschitta.

We made this year two moves with this company from the USA - NC to Tenerife (Spain). First a groupage. The goods arrived in perfect shape. No damage. The local movers, contracted by EuroUSA did a great job moving and unpacking everything in the house. This positive experience made us decide to do a full container transport, same destination. Again we have to underline the excellent assistance of Ken Tresschita , from the beginning sending us in both cases the estimates, then organizing the transportation. At any moment he answered our multiple questions by email within minutes, even out of the working hours. He showed his flexibility giving us the opportunity to add at the last moment some objects to the container. Ken Tresschita went far beyond what one expect from the service of a moving company. He did a follow up from the beginning of the move until the very end. The container arrived in a minimum time lap at Tenerife. Again the unloading process and moving into our house went perfectly. Very happy with this company after switching from one that was higher priced and less efficient. Ken, and then the shipping people were in regular contact as to how things were progressing with my move from NY to Berlin. Questions were answered quickly. And everything arrived well packed and intact...just a little piece of a dish broke off which I was able to glue back...but that was it. Considering all these boxes had been through, I was very impressed. I hope I don't have to do this again, but if I do, I would use them again for sure!

It is very difficult to find a reputable company for an international move. Because I didn't know anyone who has done this, I checked the Better Business website, expat forums, and trusted review websites. EuroUSA was consistently given high praise (With some companies, one person gave it one star and another gave it five stars.). The company representatives was so polite that I thought there was some kind of joke. Fortunately, the politeness never ended. Because they are experts at moving, information was given out in an orderly fashion; the mechanics of the operation were described in easily-understood texts; and packing, pickup and drop off were prompt. The few questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. Added to that, a very affordable price. EuroUSA is an excellent choice for any move to any location.

I contacted EURO USA at a critical moment, where I was having serious issues with the initial company I contracted for my move from Arizona to Spain.
