I used EuroUSA in July 2020 when moving from Switzerland to the USA. Despite my move taking place during the Covid pandemic, EuroUSA ensured a smooth process. Communication from EuroUSA and their partners was both prompt and professional from the start. I needed flexibility on the delivery (drop off) date and that was provided with no issue. My belongings arrived in the condition in which they were packed. EuroUSA's pricing was reasonable/competitive and given their high level of customer service, I'm happy I went with EuroUSA. Ken T. was my point of contact at EuroUSA and he was wonderful to work with!!
I can’t recommend Euro USA Shipping enough for your overseas moving needs. My family of 4 have used Euro USA twice, for our move from Richmond VA USA to Sydney Australia and then three years later for our move from Sydney back to Richmond VA. Their price was the most competitive by far, they have excellent customer service and Chris was always available for any questions I had, which were many. We moved a 5 bedroom house and all our belongings arrived both times safely and on time. Moving is a stressful time although moving overseas adds another dimension, I can say with confidence that Euro USA is trustworthy, will take excellent care of you, your home contents and they handle all of the customs and import paperwork, so the price you are quoted is the price there are no hidden or surprise costs.

Delivery on time, and everything unloaded and unpacked in less then 3 hours. Only damage was a broken glass in the large framed photograph.

I would give EuroUSA ten stars if I could. We used this company for our move Seattle to Sydney Australia and 5 years later Sydney to Seattle. Both Chris and Mark went above and beyond. They organized domestic shippers and organized all the dealings with customs. No stress to us whatsoever. There were immediate replies to emails and phone calls. All of our boxes arrived to our rural address without damage. Furniture, which included a piano, arrived without a scratch. EuroUSA was the best price by far. I highly recommend this company.

After reading up on all the terrible reviews EuroUSA got in past years that are still floating out there in the internet, I decided to give them a call, because the prices they offered were incredible. Boy, am I glad I did.
Fate put Chris Corder on the phone, who was professional, friendly and listened to what I needed , then explained the whole process. From packing to delivery he was available, clear, fast and easy to contact via email.
I got my own pallet (recommended, if you want to save $100), shrink-wrapped it and the drivers came to pick it up within a few days notice. There was very little delay in the port of arrival (Rotterdam), and Chris checked in to let me know when everything would arrive at my final destination (Berlin).
My things (household goods, musical instruments, artworks and other personal belongings) got here as single items, taken off the pallet by the shipping company or maybe customs. A single painting had a small hole in it, bc someone (customs? ) decided to punch through the cardboard it was wrapped in, but we were able to repair that.
I would recommend Chris and EuroUSA any day, to anyone in similar circumstances. Thank you for making this stressful experience so easy!
